I had an issue with a $25 vape not long ago and was expecting the usual treatment from tobacco shops (“not our problem, we don’t make them”, “ill give you $5 off another one”, etc), but they promptly replaced it and were very kind throughout the process; I’m a regular here, but the guy I dealt with didn’t even know that because I usually come at night.
